Extremely disappointed!

The interior space is great and lighting is good. Water dispenser holds very little cold water and dispenser is very slow. We have had problems with the "Ice" button wanting to activate to be used and switched from the water. My biggest reason for the one star review? I haven't had it even 3 months and it has quit cooling the refrigerator and freezer!! What a disappointment to say the least!! Waiting to hear from a repair representative while all my food spoils!

This is by far the best refrigerator we have ever owned. The price was great, it has Lots of room, easy to access all draws, and the adjustable shelves are so easy to reposition. One of the main reasons we bought this refrigerator was because for the price, it included an ice maker and a Keurig coffee maker. I'll tell you, this was a great buy. Defective Appliance

Purchased this fridge and it is defective. The side of the fridge is coming away from the unit. We cant even use magnets because they won™€™t stick to the side because it™€™s detached and not flat. GE says they won™€™t cover cosmetic defects. I did not ask to purchase a defective fridge at full price. This is a defective unit and GE will not help. The water unit continues to drip all over the place. The communication with GE is horrible they don™€™t care about their customers. Hold time on the phone was over a hour then I got hung up on. A two month old fridge and no customer service from GE!

Great Keurig feature! While it worked...

The Keurig feature died two months after the warranty period ended. Looks like it will be about $600 to fix it. This speaks volumes about GE quality in general. Of the six appliances we purchased with a brand new house, three have failed on one level or another in the first 14 months. On the bright side, at least the first two failed during the warranty period. (For reference, the model number is PFE28PYNFS.)

By far exceeds my expectations as far as features and user friendliness goes. There™€™s even a designated TempSelectZone drawer for custom, cooler temperatures from three different desired settings. Downloading the SmartHQ app makes everything remotely possible to change your temperatures on your fridge, or freezer, or even for troubleshooting error codes. Top off with the fact I can make my coffee, tea, or cocoa by virtual request preparation in my phone, I™€™m ecstatic! You can even request to have your hot beverage ready to brew a certain time of the day throughout the week! It™€™s even more handy to have a drop down shelf and expanding/ hideaway shelf for taller/oversized items. This is definitely a win-win for my home!

The fridge is beautiful and practically perfect! I know the Keurig is a luxury, but I was really excited to be able to get rid of my standalone Keurig! The issue is that the Keurig on this fridge doesn't work with reusable coffee pods. My reusable pods are standard Keurig size and functionality, but this fridge punctures the pods from the bottom rather than the top, so it will only work with single use pods. I looked online for GE-specific Keurig pods to no avail. GE: PLEASE make a reusable Keurig pod for this fridge. I felt so let down - Keurig pods are expensive and they end up in landfills. You could have at least included something reusable with this unit.

I really love the lights inside, you can see everything!! I do wish that the lights on the front saying water, ice, heat, etc were lite up so I can see early morning to prepare my coffee in the dim light so I don™€™t have to turn on bright light. They light up once you find it but would be nice to turn in when you touch anywhere on that panel.

We had the refrigerator for one week and we needed to shut power off for electrician. The fridge never turned back on. We read the two booklets that came with it and tried everything. We had to throw away all our food in freezer and the fridge food we put in our beverage fridge. I tried calling them but the automated response was to go onto their website.

Love my new refrigerator with my Keurig & Wi-Fi. I start the heat up process from my bed so it™€™s ready for me to proceed with making a cup of coffee. I would prefer a 4oz cup for stronger coffee or an extra feature to make it stronger. I do miss the over flow ice tray in the freezer. All in all it is a good fridge. Its a big fridge and can fit a lot of food. We're a family of 5 adults and one baby, and cook most of our meals. This fridge handled food storage like a champ. But, the compressor broke down within 6 months. I was so infuriating because we had a lot of frozen breast milk for the baby and we could do nothing to save it. And the coffee feature - the seal of the coffee pods need to be broken manually and the coffee comes out very weak and watered down. Definitely do not buy this fridge for the coffee feature.

I purchased this refrigerator and I had such high expectations. I had to wait 3 months to have it delivered. I had it for the first 6 months and everything was ok. We love the Keurig (mine didn't come with coffee). It always had an error message after brewing coffee or tea. We figured after trying just about everything that we can live with this. Then the switch went and I called to get it repaired. It took over two weeks to have a technician come out and of course this happens after I went grocery shopping for the week. So the rudest technician comes out and he had the part to fix the switch on his truck thankfully. We have our refrigerator back yay! I go grocery shopping and bam the thing breaks again and this time it took 2 weeks for the appointment, 2 weeks to order parts, another week for the second appointment, oh the technician forgot to order some parts, another week for the other parts. The next 2 weeks waiting for an appointment. Not only was this refrigerator expensive living without it for almost 2 and a half months with mostly takeout was a complete smack in the face. I have spent over $2800.00 on take out and pre cooked meals and the two trips from my grocery shopping.We are a family of seven. When I called for support no one cared that I didn't have a refrigerator. It is now finally fixed and I am holding my breath because I am afraid that something else will happen and I am buying groceries everyday so that I don't lose the whole shopping trip at once. I really hope that this is the last of the problems we have with it. Before it broke we loved it, now we are just hoping that we can get through the night.

Plenty of Space and Nice Features

My refrigerator was just delivered today. So far the refrigerator is quite and all the features seem to be working as expected. Professional installation was easy and the water is connected and working. The Wi-Fi will take about 15 minutes to complete. So far, so good. The refrigerator even came with a box of coffee.

Keurig built in!

I love this refrigerator. The led lighting lights up the whole fridge, compared to the one bulb in the back that was normally blocked by something. The built in keurig is awesome. I stopped drinking coffee a couple years ago and switched to energy drinks. Since having this fridge I am back to drinking coffee again. Very happy with this purchase!

Keurig built in!

I wasn't a big fan of stainless kitchen products. But this GE no finger print fridg has won me over. The features are well advance than most models. We love the K-Cup feature on the door for making coffee or tea. Great idea...I would highly recommend this product.

I wasn't a big fan of stainless kitchen products. But this GE no finger print fridg has won me over. The features are well advance than most models. We love the K-Cup feature on the door for making coffee or tea. Great idea...I would highly recommend this product.
