Motherboard continuously had to be replaced. At least 4 times. Warranty wouldn't grant us another refrigerator. No more GE side by side for us.

Loving it so far..™¤ï¸™¤ï¸™¤ï¸I had a brand new Maytag refrigerator I paid 1500.00 plus tax on sale .It broke down 7months after I owned it and it took over three months with a one year warranty for them to come fix it. It broke down ..again 13months later ™¦and now they won™™t fix their lemon..ð¤ªI own a GE dryer and stove and have never had any problems..GE is not only the best but the only appliances we will ever own .GE appliances are the ones to getððð

I have had for 8 years. Since day one the refrigerator side will randomly freeze an item. Location, fullness, etc doesn't matter. Had service here twice with no help. Nothing like 3 eggs out of dozen being frozen.

This refrigerator is basic. If you were looking for anything more than basic, do not buy this. The parts turn color as you will see by the photo where the water comes out. And this is less than five years old and now the icemaker has broken. I have replaced the water tray several times. Also, you cannot keep this clean as there are smudge marks everywhere every time you open the refrigerator. If you were looking for something more luxurious, this is not the refrigerator for you.

This refrigerator is attractive and efficient. It keeps everything at the right temperature. Adjustable shelving. Deli and veggie drawers. It runs quiet. Water and ice in the door is a great feature. I highly recommend it.

It's been 6 years. Had no issue until now. Buzzing sound and the freezer is so iced up I can't even get the food out. I raised the temp to 6, when it should be 0 and still ice everywhere.

I had mine installed APRIL 25th 2022, fast forward to beginning of JULY 2022 and the ice-maker has completely stopped working. I have gone through all the troubleshooting and still nothing.

well since we have installed this product we have had maintenance out 3 times once for something that went bad in the ice maker second making horrible noise and freezer and fridge not temping so they change a censer and a start up switch. Now for the 3rd visit it is to change out the compressor. which I have to work with a broken no freezer or fridge for this hole month tell they get the parts in to come finish the job and fix the compressor. not been happy at all with the unit or the service

Too noisy, too small, if you get a half of cup of water or less out of the dispenser it smells horrible. Called for "service" and it was a joke. Was told there is nothing wrong with it and that I can't be smelling what I smell. The last ge appliance I will ever buy.

I bought this exact refrigerator again because I was happy with it but Unfortunately this time around it™™s soooooo much smaller on the inside then before in the freezer too! There™™s a light in the top that takes up a lot of space limiting what can be put on the top shelf! The side door holders are smaller so it holds fewer condiments. Same with the freezer. No shelf space where ice maker is now! So frustrating! If I had known this I wouldn™™t have bought it again! So disappointed!!!!

We purchased this at Home Depot, they delivered the wrong refrigerator. We also purchased the 5 year extended warranty. We eventually got the correct appliance. It lasted 6 years, one year past our warranty, I spent over $1500 for a refrigerator that lasted 6 years, nice.

Refrigerator and freezer are fine and worked as expected. But the icemaker is awful. Doesn™™t make enough ice to keep up with minimal use. And when it is making ice it™™s loud it sounds like rocks falling inside the freezer.

GE refrigerator has been extremely loud since it arrived. Very annoying with the constant grinding noise it makes when fan runs inside freezer. Ice maker stopped working. That is why I replaced the last refrigerator with this one. Dissatisfied with product longevity and performance.

We built our kitchen with this frig size 17 years ago. So we had to get the same frig to fit into the space. They obviously have made some changes which are great. Seems to be a couple inches deeper. So much room and easy to organize.

We love this refrigerator! It is super spacious and when you don™™t think you have a lot of space, suddenly it™™s there and it™™s impressive how much you can fit ! Only downside is it seems to not be so spacious in the freezer
